I'm getting reports from customers the after submitting that are taken to a blank page and not the custom Thank you page. When I test it (from several devices) it works every time. Just 5 mins ago I was on the phone with a customer and they reported the blank page. When I look at my report everything looks good, but I never recieve the notification email.

Finally, I got the error as well. Took me to a blank page with the URL http://submit.jotform.com/submit.php

Even if I try the direct link http://form.jotform.com/form/13531611189
I get a blank page on 2 out of 6 PC. I've deleted Cache and deleted all browsing data. I've tried Chrome, FireFox and IE. Ive rebooted, re uploaded....

I have already reported this rare & odd problem to our developers.
As a workaround, can you please try cloning the form and using the cloned to see if that helps?
