its very urgent that i need to upgrade for 1 month subscription .i.e $19.
i am not able to do payment.

I checked your account and your forms will be disabled on November 27, 2015 due to Over Quota issue.
Please note that deleting your submission or unlinking your integration will not decrease your submission counter. The submission counter will reset on the first day of the month. If you do not want your forms to be disabled, you can upgrade your account to Bronze.
