After my credit card was stolen last week, I had to cancel the card, and my JotForm payment therefore did not process for this month. I was downgraded today to a basic account, and I immediately updated to the premium account. My account has not yet been updated--when I log on it says that I am over my registration limits. I also just received an email stating that my account would be deleted on Monday. As I currently have two active forms, I need to be sure that people are still able to register today and through the weekend. Could you please contact me regarding this issue?

The upgrade is almost instant, but since you've entered your email address instead of username on the purchase form, the upgrade didn't go through. I have now manually upgraded your account so it should be fine now. Kindly logout and log back in to see and increase of your limits.
