Not happy with how you are charging us for the service

    Hi There,

    We upgraded our plan from the Bronze plan to the Silver plan on 25 Oct as we had run out of submissions due to a technical issue on your end. Not sure why we were switched back to the Silver plan but we ran out of submissions and switched to the Silver plan again on 18 Nov. I had a look at the account and it seems that you've charged me again for the Silver plan on 26 Nov.

    Could you please refund me one incorrect charge and please look into Education pricing please. As a K-12 school and non-profit organisation we were hoping to get some discount.

    Otherwise we are very happy with JotForm

    Thank you for letting us know about this, I have sent this to our billing department, so you will be refunded for the extra charges made on Nov 10, 2015(Subscription Number: S-683951817J089102T, $9.95 USD) and Nov 18, 2015(Subscription Number: S-1T762056GA3968100, $39.00 USD).

    So,  the only subscription that will continue active in your account will the the Silver-monthly submission(Subscription Number:  S-6ME81973T19842014).

    Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunds to be completed. If you need anything else, please open a new thread, we will be glad to assist you.
