Getting email error when I try to submit form

    The form seems to work fine, but when I submit the payment form, I get an error message that says "Error during transaction. Email is required. Please go back and fix this." When I go back, I see that the required email IS entered. I've tried retyping it and submitting again, but the same error message keeps coming up.

    I am unable to submit the form. What do I need to do?

    Hello Barbara,

    For some reason, I'm not seeing any email address field in your form.  But anyhow, the email address field in the form (if there's any) does not submit to  While in your merchant account's settings, this is set to as required.

    To fix this:

    To change the reference field to NOT REQUIRED: Login to the Merchant Interface ( at ), click on Settings -> Payment Form -> Form Fields and uncheck the Required box for the e-mail address.
