I would like to make sure our plan is cancelled and that we are no longer being billed for JotForm, as we no longer use this application.

I see that your account is currently holding Bronze Monthly subscription. As per your request, we have cancelled your subscription and your account shall be downgraded to Free at the end of the current subscription period.
