In the New Conditions Wizard, When Creating Show/Hide Conditions, HTML/Text Fields Are Not on the List of Fields in IF Dropdown

Asked by CoralRestoration on November 27, 2015 at 09:01 AM

    Hi guys!

I've always been able to show or hide an HTML text field when setting conditional logic. But in trying to do it this time around, the text field is not listing as an option.

I want to set html text field "We're happy to accommodate your needs. Please contact Martha Roesler to purchase 7 or more individual tickets by clicking here!" to show only when "Number of Tickets" field = More.

But when I go to set the condition, the HTML Text does not display in the drop down of options.

    See screenshot...

In your screenshot the HTML text field does not appear in the IF dropdown because it's not supposed to. However, it does appear in the DO FIELD one, as can be seen in the following screenshot:

That's the condition I created in this clone of your JotForm and it works as it should. If I've misunderstood what you meant, please elaborate.
