How to edit the theme that I've purchased?

    Hi, there.

     

    I send you an email a few days ago regarding the editing of my form I purchased (GOODBYE CLUTTER) 

     

    I just want to know how to edit it so I can make it my own.  If this is not possible, i wold not be interested on using it anywhere with my business and I would like to have my money back please.

    I would anxiously be waiting for you reply

    Kindly access you "My Forms" page, select the form "Goodbye Clutter" then click on "Edit Form"

    Once you do this it will be opened in the form builder where you can make your modifications.

    Do let us know if you need further guidance regarding the editing.

     

    Just a follow up question, where did you purchase the form? was it from the jotform site?

    Yes, I purchased it from Jotforms under themes “popular”

    Im having trouble finding the gadget to change the 411video to my own video. Can you please walk me through the process.

    The widget plays back video on YouTube.

    To change the video click on the wand icon at the top right of the widget (select the widget to make it view-able).

    Paste the URL of your video hosted on youtube.
