    SMS Confirmation widget is not sending verification code to Indian Numbers

    After setting up properly - I'm not able to verify for indian numbers.

    is SMS configuration widget is not working for india?? kindly help me out.

    The widget should work to any numbers around the globe, but you should select India as the default country and you should select "International" in the Mode option:

    I've checked your form and it seems like you are not using it anymore. Please add it back and try it again. If the widget is not working, let us know again and make sure to keep it so we can check.

    Thanks for reporting.

    That specific error is a response from Twilio and here are ways to troubleshoot them. https://www.twilio.com/help/faq/sms/how-can-i-troubleshoot-if-an-sms-message-sent-from-twilio-didnt-arrive. Perhaps you just need to enable global SMS in your Twilio account or check the other suggestions that might help resolve the problem. 

    Also, please make sure that the FROM number you entered on the SMS widget settings is one of the number from your Twilio account.

    Yes, i have other questions:

    My problem is -

     

    1. I'm unable to make it responsive. Once i open the website in mobile,this form becomes distorts.

     

    2. I want to make my form auto and open after 15 seconds.

     

    3. I also want to close this form, once it auto appears (for those)

    Hi,

    SMS comfiguration problem is not solved yet. Actually, this is the problem from Twilio. Tehy do not provide any indian local number that is why this widget is not working for indian numbers.

    I don't know but may be it is working for other countries.

    I have tested the SMS confirmation with my country code and I'm able to receive the confirmation text.

    Has Twilio confirmed with you if they will be able to update the Indian number lists?

    Yes, twilio has confirmed me. Currently, twilio has no service for Indian numbers
