Please downgrade my subscription to the free level, and stop charging my credit card with the monthly fee.

I have now canceled your subscription for you. You will not get charged again. Your account status will stay Professional until February 2, 2012. After this, you will be downgraded to free. Feel free to upgrade back to paying status anytime you like.
