We are trying to check our account and also where the Jotform is located for customer's to use?

Are you saying that you cannot log in to your JotForm account?
I searched for your email in our database, but it only directs me to a guest account that doesn't have a form. I also check our mail logs but I didn't find anything as well.
Did you receive that email message? It is possible that you were tagged as the email recipient to be receiving this notification.
As of right now, I wasn't able to locate your account. We need any information like your username, email, form ID or webpage where to form is embedded.

actually the emails are diverted as a copy to this address > email@example.com

I've checked the mail address in our system. I see that, you are in a guest account.
I've also checked the mail logs. That form belongs to the username is geagea which is account.
You can log in to your account with that username. If that account belongs to you.
