After a student fills out this form it is not making it to the email address. This is the second form I am having a problem with. Please look at the jotform answers link I pasted also. IT said nothing is wrong on our end. Please advise

This seems like it is the same problem I am having:

The first form is using a custom email address as the sender email while the second form doesn't have any sender, you leave it empty and this is causing the problem in the form. You should select our default noreply@jotform.com or your custom email address.

As for the first form with the custom sender email, you've added this using our verification method. If this is not working, I would suggest using our SMTP method. Here's how: http://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

Whitelisting our IP Addresses and Sending Domains should also help you fix this problem: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.

Please get back to us if you need any further assistance about this matter.
