Hi Jotform Team,
Are client of the form are stating that they are seeing blank thank you page after making a submission. I have reviewed the Thank You page template and seems to be fine. Is this something on the backend that could be fixed?Page URL:

I checked your form and did some test submission but I was not able to replicate the issue. It seems to be working fine now. Can you try it on your end and see if it is working now?
