Forms displayed but users cannot submit in China and South Korea

Hello,

We have received several feedback from China and South Korea, telling us that they are unable to submit the form.  The form can be opened but when they hit the Submit button, it freezes.

Sorry for this inconvenience. I have just cloned your form and was able to submit information, with no issue. I know that some sites like Facebook are blocked by the Chinese Government. I checked if our site (https://submit.jotformpro.com/submit/53343790087965/) is being blocked.

I used the sites: 

https://en.greatfire.org

http://www.blockedinchina.net/

It seems that it is not being blocked. If you are still having this issue, please let us know and we will be glad to take another look.

Thanks, Victor.  I have also checked if the website or the form is blocked in China.  Apparently both are not blocked and the forms display but the problem was when the users hit "submit" the form did not respond. I cannot give you a screenshot since I cannot ask our clients in China and South Korea.  We are in Switzerland.  I will let you know if problems are reported especially from Asia.

Thank you for the update. We will await for any information you have. We will also try some test if this occurs in our end or if other users experience the same issue from Asia.
