Product is selected by default if payment question has only one product.

    Hi there,

     

    I would still like my clients to be able to fill out and submit forms and choose whether to pay at that time or wait until I see them at their appointments. Is that possible?

    Hello Bravodog,

    Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by ensuring that your payment question is not a required field and the product is not selected by default. 

    I did test your form and found that even if your product is not selected by default, the product appears selected in the live form. There seems to be some glitch and I am reporting it to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them. This issue happens only when there is a single product added in the payment question. 

    For now, you may like to add a new free (0 Price) product in your payment question and that should solve your problem.
