    Can you use this facility with the form embedded in our own web page?

    This is a re-post of a comment on How to Save Forms and Continue Later

    You could, but to do so, you would need to add the script to your page that would check the URL parameters and then pass them over to the form.

    However, if you are using js embed code it will try to capture these parameters for you. You can see it here: How to embed jotform on a Web Page

    If it is not working for you using the js embed code, you will need to use the iframe embed code instead, in which case, as mentioned above, you will need to pass the parameters - but the short answer would be - yes, it is possible.

    Do let us know if you have any additional questions and we would be happy to assist with the same.

    Hi Ben thanks for your reply above. I am trying to use the feature described in which is working fine without being embedded. I have tried to embed it but not sure what the link from the first form to the 2nd form should be.

    The 1st form has the link{email}&firstName={firstName}&lastName={lastName}&email={email}&routes={route} but when I embed both pages in my web pages what is the format of the link - if the web page of the page with the 2nd form is what does the link become?

    The link should be like the following one, but unfortunately, the session saving part will not work correctly due to a bug on our side.{email}&firstName={firstName}&lastName={lastName}&email={email}&routes={route}

    The session saving script is not currently loaded right. We have sent a bug report ticket to our developers.

    We do not have any ETA for when it will be fixed, but we will update this thread as soon as we have any news.

    Hi Mike, it all seems to be working OK now so thanks for the help. I still have a small issue with transferring the telephone number across as the 2nd form receives the whole number in the first section of the field rather than splitting the number across the two sections.

    I have to say I think your software is GREAT!, it as so much flexibility. Your support is also great.

    Can you please try this link:{email}&firstName={firstName}&lastName={lastName}&email={email}&routes={route}&q7_phoneNumber[area]={q7_phoneNumber:area}&q7_phoneNumber[phone]={q7_phoneNumber:phone}

    Let us know if you need more help.
