Will jotform allow us to fill out a form, but have a secondary person notified to provide approval?

I would like to build a form for staff to submit requests, but these would need manager approval.  Is it possible to fill out a form and have a manger notified via email to click a link and provide an e-signature, or even just a check yes or no if you approve?

This form has not yet been created.  

Unfortunately, Jotform does not have approval workflow. But there is a work around creating an ID field and some hidden fields. Once the user submits the information, the supervisor can enter his/her ID and the hidden fields will appear so he/she can approve the form. If you review the following thread, http://www.jotform.com/answers/401633#401648, you can see how my colleague accomplished this.
