At this time we do not offer phone support, so all of the questions should be sent made either on this forum (suggested since it is the fastest way to get an answer), or over our email: firstname.lastname@example.org or over twitter @JotFormSupport.
Do however open one thread per question and I would not suggest opening a thread and sending an email, just as not opening multiple threads on same subject. Next to this, if you have multiple questions and open multiple threads for them, it would allow us to assist you faster and help us avoid any confusion.
