I created a jotform for a job application for the organization that I work for. I set it up so the submissions would be e-mailed to myself and my coworker. We put the link for the application on a website called care.com so that our potential applicants could be sent directly to the link to apply. Here is the link to our form: https://form.jotform.com/53194362376157.
Below is the link to a sample page from care.com. When the applicant hits apply it is meant to take them right to the jotform link.
We have been receiving some of the submissions but not all of them. Is there any way to rectify this issue? Feel free to call me at 215-444-0846 x247 to clarify any questions.

I have chekced your email addresses and I can see all the emails are being sent :
Now I would suggest you to check your Spam and Junk Folders, and if you find the emails there, mark them as safety.
Please, try again and let us know if it works.
