    Blank submission on payment form.

    Hello, 

    I'm having a similar issue and I don't understand why.

    I have a payment form with both data and paypal payment. It is on my webflow website in a iframe. I have enabled Paypal IPN and set the url to: https://www.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php

    Problem:

    When i fill the form and complete the payment

    I receive the payment in paypal but the submission fields show empty in jotform (same screenshot as Firstar's)

    I've tried removing the paypal module in the form and when doing so I properly receive the data.

    I would assume the problem lies in the integration with paypal? Is the IPN url correct? Can you confirm you received the notifications from Paypal?

     

    I have tried everything, please help! :)

    We are sorry for inconvenience this may caused you. I've fixed the issue.

    Since your forms have been moved to the EU region, you need to use the next domain in order to view the data.

    Now, I am able to see your submissions on my side.
