Account was upgraded yearly subscription instead of monthly

    However, I was charged $159.00. I need to have this corrected. We selected the $19.95 plan but were charged $159.00. This is incorrect. Please correct immediately. You can call me at 901-526-6111 if necessary. Thank you. Craig Turner.

    I understand that you wanted to upgrade your account to monthly subscription, but you were charged Yearly. I see that your account ericturner69 is now holding Bronze Yearly subscription. I've now cancelled the yearly subscription on your account and refunded the last charge. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account statement. You may upgrade your account now with monthly subscription.

    If the $159.00 charge is for a yearly subscription, can you just leave that in place, and keep us on a yearly subscription?
