My accout hasn't been ugraded

    I've just upgraded my plan to Premium for one month. I paid via PayPal and I don't know how to activate my account to get the premium service. My account still says that I'm subscribed to 'Free' plan, instead of premium.Regards,

    Upgrades are almost instant. When you complete the purchase, your account should become Premium. If you do not see your limits increased, logout then delete/erase your browsing cache, after that log back in.

    I have checked your status and your account is already set to Premium.

    Please log off from your account then log back in to refresh your browser's cache.  If you still don't see your account's updated status, please let us know.
