Failed to Embed Error

    In my host gator hosted wordpress site, ericgrossdesign.com I tried to test using the "my forms", publish, installed the plugin, copied the code, posted, but no love. Thoughts?

    I have inspected URL that you provided and your form is embedded on that page.

    Were you able to fix you issue?

    If you still to not see form on your website you can try to get a new code of your form> Inside of this guide you can find how to do it:

    yes I came across another response that mentioned the little icon to click on. That worked, the embed script did not.
