I'd also like to create a border around the form. Right now there is a drop-shadow, which I'd like to keep, I'd just like to add a dark-blue colored border, maybe 2px, in addition to the dropshadow. How do I do this? It doesn't give me an option to change the border color in the site designer. Here's a form on another website, so you can see what I mean about the dropshadow and blue border:
