don't receive submissions by email from all my forms

Hi Tried all as per your FAQ,

Disabled all spam even apache spam assassin

My Webhosting came back with this

I did a search through our mail server logs for the sender noreply@jotform.com and unfortunately zero records were returned. This generally indicates that our email servers have not yet received a connection from the mail server that sends messages on behalf of noreply@jotform.com. Is it perhaps possible to provide us with the sending mail server IP address for noreply@jotform.com and we can then do a search based on the IP in case the sender IP is blacklisted with anti-spam databases?

Unfortunately this has also not worked and zero records were returned from the mail server logs. This means our mail servers have not yet received an email connection from the IP 41.162.159

I did check your last edited form and found that all the three email alert template displays "Undefined". Please check the screenshot below:

I am not sure why your email alerts are displaying undefined. I would suggest you to please delete the existing email alerts and add new one. The following guide should help you:

Add new email alert:  http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications 

You may also also like to speak to your email service provider and ask them to white list our domain names to ensure the delivery of emails. The following guide should help you grab the list of domain names:  http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
