I am currently receiving the answers in email format.  However, I have edited the form, and the only answers being forwarded are from the original version of the survey.  I want the new answers to be sent to me via email?  How do I correct this?  I can login and pull the actual surveys, but I would like this info emailed to me.  Please advise.

    Thanks,

    Andrea

    Hello Andrea,

Upon checking your form's email alert, I found that you have edited it. Please check the screenshot below:

Please be noted that if you edit your email alert, the changes you make in your form (adding/removing form fields) will not reflect in your email alert.

You will have to manually edit the email alert and add / remove the form fields. The easiest way to solve this problem is to delete the existing email alert and add a new one. Please be noted that a new email alert will always display all your form fields. The following guide should help you:

    Delete existing email alert:  http://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder

    Add new email alert:  http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    Hope this helps.
