Submit button disappears

Hi wonderful team!

When I put in data in all fields and take photo on this form, submit button goes down and disappears.

It is because the submit button is pushed down exceeding the height allocated for the form's iframe code when the form is at its maximum height after filling the fields.

I have checked the iframe code embedded on your form and I found out that you added a height property in the style attribute of the iframe. 

You can remove that and just change the height attribute of the iframe code.
