Thank you for contacting us.
I checked your account and I can see has been suspended, this is due to phishing, but I checked your form and I can see it's clear, however, I can see the default language is not English, I would suggest you to use our Multilingual Feature , in order to add more than one language to your form and setting English as the default language :

I activated your account again and now you should be able to load your forms.
