I have checked our logs for your email and all the notifications are being sent successfully.
Kindly confirm that the mails are not going to your SPAM box.
Further investigation also indicates that you email template "Notification2" appears to be corrupted and it is missing the fields in the email body.
Kindly remove the notification and create anew one to resolve this issue then test you form by submitting some data.
also it appears you have a payment collection field, if user dooes not go through with the payments the submissions will be categorized under "Incomplete Payments" in your submissions page

Additionally you can set up you paypal widget to send you emails of pending payments.
This feature is accessible under the widget properties.
