    Scam Sites Using Jot Form & Others

    Asked by Stephen Jordan on January 30, 2012 at 09:37 AM

    Dear Jot Form

    This Company www.nhs-cards.org.uk has been taking data on forms which do not seem secure , we have reported this site along with several other sites as this Service is a free service offered by the NHS ( Government ) Department in the United Kingdom , as at present you have disabled his forms , but i just want you to be informed that if we see his forms live again in the near future we will be in contact with you again, as storing data like this is illegal in the United Kingdom and we are alresdy in the process of bringing all these websites down.

    If you need anymore verification on this please do not hesitate to contact me in the future because we are receiving daily complaints with customer data being used.

    @Stephen

    Thank you for your message. It is very unfortunate, however, that we were not able to locate the username of the account responsible for this misdoing. Somehow, the culprit was able to remove the form codes before we could even track him down.

    Since you will be monitoring this site anyway, just make sure to respond to this very same thread when you see the forms again, so we can immediately track the forms and account used in this scam.
