    pricing page does not state any limitations for payments

    I received this email: 

    You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Friday at 12pm EST. Free accounts are limited to 10 payments per month. 

     

    But the pricing information does not state there are limitations. We will not be using these forms but twice a year and need to know what our structure is going to be. We expect 80 payments each time.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Please be noted that Free accounts are limited to receive only 10 payments per month. The pricing page was changed a few days ago in order to add new plans.

    I notice that you have already upgraded your account to Bronze today. By upgrading your account to Bronze subscription, you'll be able to receive upto 1000 submissions/payments. 

    Hope this information helps. I'm also sending this thread to our backend team for correcting the information on the pricing page.

    Hi

    Our Free plan is limited to 10 payments but this was missing from our pricing page. Apologies for the confusion this caused. The details on the page have been updated now.

    I upgraded my account to Bronze... was told here I should be set - yet today I received another email:
