payment and Registration

Hello, I am working on a conference registration page. I need to know if the registration button will automatically cause the clients credit card to be charged one they hit Register Button. The payment item are in the form but I can not tell if once I hit the button it will auto matically charge the clients card. I am using Braintree as a payment solution in your jotform.
