New email address not receiving notifier emails.

    I have recently changed a notifier email address to an outlook address and when I test it by submitting a form, the form goes to all other email addresses but not to the new one.

    I am sure the email is in your spam folder. Please go to outlook website and login from there to check the emails. I would also suggest adding noreply@jotform.com to your outlook safe sender list settings or contact list. This would help you ensure that the form emails will go to your inbox.
