Campaign Monitor Integration: Only allows to select the first element from the list, it's disabling other options

    I've been able to successfully link our membership form to Campaign Monitor last year and I'm trying to do that with our 2016 membership form this year. I created the list in CM, copied the API key and was able to authenticate. I can see each our 2016 list in the dropdown, but only the 2014 membership list is selectable, the others are grayed out.

    Hi,

    I was able to replicate your issue, I cloned your form and I can see the same on my end : 

    I also made a new form and can see the same, I will escalate it to our second level, one of our developers will take a look here, we will let you know any news via this thread.

    Hi,

    In Campaign Monitor integration, Clients are not selectable, you need to create list too. You can create list under List & Subscribers tab.

    When you create a list under your clients, you can able to select list and create integration.

    I'm not attempting to select a "client", I'm attempting to select a list that I recently created. I successfully created the integration on our 2015 membership form (see screenshot) but this month, only the 2014 list is made selectable. I've re-attempted again this morning with the same results provided in the initial request.

    I am experiencing the same issue.  How will you inform us that problem has been resolved?

    By the way, I am using Campaign Monitor Agency version if that makes any difference.
