I just tested my form. Although it appears on your server, the submission didn't make it to my email box (checked all folders)... just happened twice.

The email address in the recipient is not in the bounce list. I checked the mail logs and I saw that the notifications were sent sucessfully.

I checked the email notifications and I saw that the "Sender Name" is not configured correctly. Please don't leave it blank. If you leave it blank then it is possible that the mail servers will treat it as a spam.

Please check this guide: How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues

Please check again all the folders (spam and junk) in your email. Also, please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.

Hope that helps. Let us know if you need further help. Thank you.
