Billed twice

    Hi

    I've had an invoice from FastSpring for $11.94 (I've never had an invoice from them before) as well as the usual invoice from BlueSnap for £6.92

    Why has money gone out to both of these? Nothing has changed with the account status but we are being billed twice.

    You have previously posted this thread http://www.jotform.com/answers/705469 and you said that you've updated the payment method. I think you've made a new payment instead of updating it. Anyways, I have cancelled your subscription through FastSpring and refunded your payment. Your subscription is active through BlueSnap.

    I don't remember doing that! Finance have just asked me what's going on as two payments have gone out! Thanks, anyway.

    You're welcome. I forgot to mentioned that the refund will be processed and will reflect in your card within 4-10 business days.
