Are submission amounts per form, per plan or per year?

Hello, I am trying to choose which plan is right for me. The free plan offers 100 submissions. Does that mean 100 submissions per form or 100 submissions total? Thanks!

Free plan is limited to receive 100 submissions per month in total for your account. The submission count shall be reset on first day of every month. You can check the status of your account by clicking on User icon on the top-right corner after you logged in to your account or from https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage 

If you need more free submissions per month, you may use our GetMore feature. Please be noted that some reviews are subject to approval to add more submissions to your account. If you are looking for more submissions every month, you may upgrade your account to a paid account from our pricing page.
