How can I know the #of payments my customer set up?

I have a coaching form that the customer selects how long they're coached. I will know that based on the number of payments they select, but in my auto-notification email it doesn't tell me how long they sign up for.

    Can you help?

Are you asking for the date your submitters first submitted your form or you're asking for the number of times they have submitted your form? Let me just check if we have such workaround. I'll get back to you as soon as I have found any.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

Neither of those actually, I am aware of how to find both of those answer.

When they set up their subscription plan (see my URL form), there is a "User-defined" field in the payment portal. One of my customers however was unable to do this and now their payments are set up "indefinitely." I want them to be able to decide how many months they want to be coached and I want to be notified of how many months they registered for.

But now I am confused... I just looked at the form and you can't even see the payment portal for payments on this form???  https://form.jotform.com/53154910410949

Yet it shows in my form design...

Thank you for the update. I believe I know what's happening with your form. I have checked the payment field on your form(by cloning your form) and found out that the payment field is hidden. Please unhide it by following the steps I have shown on the image below.

Since the Payment field is hidden, and the submitter of your form submitted it, it has submitted a payment for the default selection on the payment field which is "unlimited".

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you.
