I applied a template to my form and it changed to the new template. As I tried to change it once again, it will change in the editor but once I send the form it's the original template, not the one I changed it to.

There's seem to be an issue when applying a theme. Please let us know the form URL here so we can check it. Also, let us know the second theme that you want to apply so we can try it for you.

Actually, there's no issue. I just tried it again and it let me change my theme to another. Here's the first template that I used:
