I am unable to cancel my jotform subscription, can you help?

    I see that the Premium Yearly susbcription on your account is now cancelled and you'll not be charged for this account anymore. You can check the status of the subscription using the following link. 


    Please be noted that the account shall be holding premium subscription till the end of current subscription period and then downgraded to Free.
