Monthly Payment Options

Where do I find the monthly options for payment? I only see the yearly options on the website.

You can check this guide on how to upgrade to a different subscription plan: http://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-upgrade-my-account.

When you clicked on a subscription plan that you want to upgrade, you'll see an option to pay on a monthly, yearly or bi-yearly basis.
