Why does my uploaded image not remain in the form, but instead goes blank with the processing/timer/waiting symbol?Asked by Aisling on December 08, 2015 at 12:09 PM
I have uploaded an image as a Draw-on Image, and it appears to upload successfully, however shortly after the whole image goes grey and the processing/timer/waiting symbol shows instead. When I look on preview and check the form URL in another window, it also shows this grey box. Please help.
I've checked your form titled "Initial Assessment" form. Your link was incorrectly inputted in the Draw On Image widget.
Please make sure that your URL is correct.
I cloned your form for testing purposes and corrected it in my end, you can test it here: https://form.jotform.com/53415931928966?.
I was able to submit the cloned form and the image was successfully recorded in my submissions page.
Let us know if you are still having problems on this.
I deleted the original widget and added a new one with the link as you have written it in your screenshot above, however the same thing happened - it wouldn't load and just showed grey box with the waiting symbol. Was I supposed to use your example?Also my form was created initially without logging in (it is now saved in my login account) - can anyone else access my form because it wasn't originally created in an account?
I seem to have rectified the image issue, thank you for your help.
However, I am still wondering about the issue of who my form is visible/accessible to, so advice on this would still be most appreciated. Thank you
