I have 110 submissions on this form and haven't had any issues until the last 2 weeks. It literally is stuck on "please submit" won't continue. I have over 50 people very frustrated trying to get their information in and nothing will work. What do I need to do to fix this?Page URL:

I've tried submitted your JotForm and I was able to submit it without any issues. However, when I try to choose make the payment it displayed me an error message that the card was declined since I was using test credit card number.
I'm not sure if that happens due to Stripe payment field. Could you try removing the Stripe field from your JotForm and try adding the field once again to see if that helps? If the issue still persists, please let us know. We will be happy to take a look again.
