    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I think the best way to do it , would be getting the embedded code of your form, you will be able to paste it into your website or your server domain as an HTML file, then when you load the link to your webpage the form will be there.

I would suggest you to get the IFrame Code, this is the guide to get it :

    http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

If you need additional help, let us know and we will be glad to assist you.

    Regards.

Thank you for the answer but I don't have a website, only a registered domain. Is there any way using DNS (per example) to redirect all requests from my domain to the form page?

    Thank you again.

Yes, that is possible to do,you have to do the configuration in your DNS admin panel or contact to your service provider and ask to redirect to the URL https://form.jotformz.com/53414867124658 , once your url is loaded the user will be redirected to the form, only you or your service provider can do the redirection.

    Thanks.

    Hi Kevin_G,

I'm verifying the configuration on my domain authority and looks the best way is include a new record informing a CNAME. Is this CNAME the form URL (form.jotformz.com/53414867124658) ?

    Thank you again.

    Claudio.

    Hello Claudio,

It is possible to use your domain name with the form URLs using CNAME method. Here's a guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/144-How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform

    Hope this helps!
