Organize multiple forms from one person

If I use pre-populate fields to have one person fill in a series of forms is there a smart way to organize the forms in one folder or store them in another way that they are shown together?

Yes, you can place all of your forms into different folders.

You can see how to do that here: How to Add or Group your Forms into Folders

You can also make different colors of your folders to allow you to find the forms even easier when looking the global list (the screen that you usually see if no folders).
