If I move a form into another account and keep the same link, can the responses also be moved with that change?Asked by Linda Ram on December 08, 2015 at 05:37 PM
I asked yesterday about making my individual account a part of our company account without disrupting the links to existing forms. The response said that this was possible. The next part that I would need to know is whether the responses that I have already received will also be transferred with those forms. The forms are for a statistical report and I will need all information compiled into one spread sheet, therefore the already existing responses need to be included with any new responses that come in.
The answer is Yes. If we move the form/s to another account/username, the form will retain its URL and including all existing submission data of the form.
Since the for retains the URL as well, new incoming submission data will just be added to the already existing submission data.
Hope this clarifies the matter. Let us know if you need more assistance.
