How is the submissions limit counted ?

Is the amount of submissions allowed a monthly cap or an annual cap?

The submissions limit is monthly, for example, if you are using a free account you have available a limit of 100 submissions per month, when you reach the limit, you will not be able to receive more submissions, but when the month has passed, you counter will be back to 0 again and then you will be able to receive more submissions.
