    "Create form" button does nothing.

    Thanks for your email, however when I click on the Create form button it does nothing. Any ideas why this might be?

    Hello Charles,

    I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. You should be able to create form without any problem. It could be a browser related issue. I would suggest you to please clear your browser cache and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you how to clear browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

    Hi Ashwin,
    I have followed your advice and it still doesn’t work, the only thing I think it could be is the web filtering our company uses is blocking some portion of the application.
    Do you know if there is some other URL I may need to have “whitelisted” to get it to work properly?

    Hi Charles,

     

    The link I provided is used if the user is encountering any security issues accessing the site regardless if user is a free account user or a paid account user. Can you provide us more details regarding the issue you are reporting? May I know what app are you referring to? If you can provide us a screenshot of the issue then that would be great.     Thanks for your response, the issue is when I click on the create reservation button nothing happens at all, it doesn’t get redirected to another page or anything…so unfortunately I can’t upload screenshots of the problem.

    Hi Charles, 


    I just want to confirm, do you mean when you click on the Create Form button, the pop-up shows and when you click the Create button under the Blank Form nothing happens even when you are using the link with ?noCDN=true (https://ww.jotform.com/myforms/?noCDN=true)?

    I had my web filtering team have a look at it and they have fixed it now.
    This was not a Jotform issue.
