The upload Image Is missed In the email response form

    Please check in this form http://www.jotform.com//?formID=53417500857860 what I am doing bad, becouse when I fill up my form in thi site http://plancinco.com/pagina-3.html and send it, I dont get the image up loaded.

    I've tried submitting your JotForm after uploading an image and seems to be working fine.

    The upload Image Is missed In the email response form Image 1 Screenshot 20

    It looks the form is submitted without uploading the image. In order not to miss this field while submitting the form, please make this field as a required field. This would help in avoiding to submitting the form without uploading the image.
