I am sending out a questionnaire to a group so I have the email ready to go and I just need to provide the link (or embed? not sure the difference) into the body of the email so they can go to the form and fill it out and submit it.

also - will submissions show up in my personal email when they come in?  I would like to set that up too but not sure how to do it.

    Thanks.

    Thank you for contacting us.

Regarding your question, it is not possible to embed the form in an email, this is because email software won't load our scripts and other resources in the email body.

You can, however, add the form URL or direct link in the email body and instruct your users to open it on a web browser or click on it.

You can get your form URL or direct link under the "Publish" wizard.

Here you can see the direct link. Copy it and share it to others.

For the other question you have, I opened a separate thread for it. Please refer to this link instead: http://www.jotform.com/answers/721456. We will address it shortly.

    Thank you.
